Internationally acclaimed and award winning Celtic supergroup, Coig will once again be performing at Old South First Congregational Church, UCC 235 Main Street in Farmington on Wednesday, December 15th! This beloved East Coast Canada based band will bring long awaited holiday cheer as they bring heat to the stage, warm our hearts and help raise money for the Farmington Area Ecumenical Association’s Heating Fund that provides fuel assistance program to our neighbors in Franklin County this winter.
Guest musician, Thierry Clouette (guitar and foot percussion) will be joining Chrissy Crowley (fiddle), Rachel Davis(fiddle/vocals), and Darren McMullen (multi-instrumentalist/vocals) for the Christmas tour.
With our communities’ safety in mind, this year there will be a maximum of 200 seats for the December 15th performance, instead of the usual seating capacity of over 300. Tickets will not be available at the door, but by advanced purchase only. A link will be set up for online purchasing through http://www.farmingtonucc.org/news--events ** Online tickets will be $26 each (including $1 ticket processing fee). There will be no jam session prior to the performance. Donations will be greatfully accepted for the Fuel Assistance Fund during the concert.
All concert goers will be required to be masked and show proof of full vaccination (following CDC guidelines) with their original paper copy or clear photo of their COVID vaccination along with personal ID at the door. Fully vaccinated minors without ID need to be accompanied by an adult. Participating in test pools, for unvaccinated students, is not considered an alternative to being fully vaccinated.
